What You'll Do:

Independently handle cases, tackling complex legal issues.
Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases.
Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
Provide exceptional client service and advocate passionately on their behalf.
What You'll Need:

Active California law license.
3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
Strong academic credentials.
Desire to create an extraordinary career.
Experience in construction defect and/or construction and real estate law is a plus!
Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year (depending on experience).
