REO Asset Coordinator
 Costa Mesa, CA      $65,000 - $70,000           Direct, Full-Time       Onsite         Real Estate ABOUT THE COMPANY        Our client, a privately held real estate investment firm headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a highly organized REO Asset Coordinator  to support the administrative functions of a growing commercial real estate portfolio. The firm manages a diverse mix of retail, office, mixed-use, and multifamily assets across Orange County and other key coastal markets in California.
. ABOUT THE ROLE This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting property management, leasing, and construction teams with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Property Management, Leasing, and Construction teams.
- Maintain and organize digital records and filing systems related to construction, leases, insurance, and tenant correspondence.
- Assist with market research and demographic analysis to support leasing efforts.
- Draft and manage tenant communications, including notices and general correspondence.
- Oversee and maintain the tenant portal and work order system.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Maintain and regularly update tenant and vendor contact lists.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly KPI reports related to the real estate portfolio.
- Track expenses and assist with budget monitoring for capital improvements and development initiatives.
- Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; prior experience in the real estate sector strongly preferred.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Yardi or other real estate management software preferred.
- Local travel required.
