Summary
As the Director of Nursing at Stonehaven Senior Living, you will play a pivotal, clinical role in overseeing SNF nursing operations and ensuring high-quality care for our residents. This leadership position is essential in fostering a compassionate and efficient healthcare environment that aligns with our mission of enhancing the lives of seniors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet residents' needs.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
- Conduct regular reviews of documentation to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff in best practices and procedures.
- Oversee medication management and ensure safe administration practices.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required ; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and nursing administration.
- Experience in senior living or long-term care settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with home health, hospice care, and care planning processes is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
