Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
Commercial Plumbing Project Manager - Buena Park, California
We are a large growing plumbing contractor in Buena Park that works on many of California’s biggest and best projects. This is a full-time position with: great benefits, retirement package, and room for career growth. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest Plumbing Project Engineers and Project Managers in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Large Commercial Projects.
- Maintain projects schedule, purchasing, submit change orders/RFI’s project billings, and monitoring work activity and coordinate with superintendents.
- Meet with owners regularly. As well as communicating with Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and Helpers in the field.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable Work History
- Prior field experience in Commercial Plumbing
- Over 5 years managing large plumbing projects
- Know California Plumbing Codes
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, MS Project and/or Estimating Software preferred.
