Urologist Opportunity in Northern California (Napa/Solano County)

Position Overview

At NorthBay Health, our Urology team provides comprehensive care for both male and female patients with urinary tract and reproductive organ conditions. We seek a Board-Certified Urologist to join our highly regarded health system, delivering treatment ranging from medical management to minimally invasive and complex surgery, including oncology cases.

Key Details

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM, with dedicated procedure time

• Patient Care: Balanced inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Call: Shared general call coverage across two locations

• Daily Census: Consistent patient load

• Resources: State-of-the-art equipment and full clinical support

• Team: Collaborative group of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive and complex urologic surgeries

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system

• Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care

• Prescribe and manage medications, including urinary antiseptics

• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and clinical research

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certification in Urology

• Active medical license in California

• Demonstrated proficiency in urologic procedures

• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: $500,000 – $720,000
