In this role, you will be leading complex data center construction projects from inception to completion. You will possess excellent technical background with experience in SQL, data analysis, and a deep understanding of financial controls, coupled with expertise in the end-to-end processes of data center construction. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and deliver data center facilities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the full life-cycle of data center construction programs, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis skills to monitor project performance, track key metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes.
- Implement financial controls, including budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and risk assessment, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of project goals.
