Licensed Insurance Agent

About the Role:

Are you a licensed insurance pro who loves helping people
and closing deals? We're looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to
join our team and support residents with everything from policy questions to
new purchases. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound calls,
present coverage options, and guide clients through important decisions with
clarity and care. You’ll also work closely with property managers,
manage billing updates, and ensure every interaction is documented and
compliant. If you're detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to
make a difference, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Sell insurance policies to renters and property management
  clients using Yardi’s ResidentShield platform.
• Answer questions about coverage options, policy changes, and
  new purchases via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and
  prospective policyholders.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Property and Casualty Insurance license
• One plus (1+) years or experience in the insurance
  industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and the ability
  to problem-solve effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow
  processes
• Presentation and sales skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications

Ideal to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
