We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead customer marketing initiatives and drive growth within our existing customer base. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between Customer Success, Customer Advocacy & Engagement, Account Management, and Marketing, shaping a comprehensive strategy to foster customer expansion and retention.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive customer growth and engagement.
Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Create and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to key customer accounts.
Utilize a mix of digital campaigns, in-person events, and exclusive white-glove experiences to enhance customer relationships.
Track and measure the success of marketing programs using ABM tools and analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer advocacy and drive expansion opportunities.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and external vendors to ensure high-quality program execution.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or customer marketing within the B2B tech space.
Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM) and customer expansion strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs (events, digital, email, paid social, direct mail, webinars, etc.).
Experience working in Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, Asana, and other marketing technology tools.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Work Location & Flexibility

Fully Remote for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of San Ramon, CA.
Hybrid (3 days/week in-office) for candidates within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $66,200—$161,900 USD (based on skills, experience, and location).
