🧩 About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. This role is ideal for someone who can juggle multiple tasks gracefully, stay organized under pressure, and approach every interaction with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally
• Answering phones and managing appointments with accuracy
• Checking patients in and out with attention to detail
• Processing payments and maintaining clear medical records
• Providing client education in person, over the phone, and via our app
• Collaborating with our clinical team to support smooth communication and patient flow
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment in the front office
