Senior Product Manager - New Product Line

Accountabilities:

• Lead the definition, strategy, and long-term vision for the new product line.
• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring features meet market and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage with customers to gather insights, prioritize problems, and shape the product roadmap.
• Use data-driven insights and feedback to continually refine products and features.
• Communicate product strategy and updates effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Champion the introduction of innovative technologies and AI into the product offering.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent roles.
• Proven experience shipping 0-1 products.
• Strong ability to extract insights from quantitative and qualitative customer data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and internal audiences.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to establish credibility with engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver products and features on aggressive timelines.
• Bias-to-action mindset and owner mentality; accountable for actions and results.
• Experience working in high-growth and dynamic startup environments.
• B2B and/or fintech product experience is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.) preferred; MS, PhD, or MBA is a plus.

• Competitive salary ($160,000 - $210,000 base) plus equity.
