Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience from day one .
As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you’ll work with national brands and promotional campaigns , supporting live events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations while building valuable marketing skills for your career.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live events
Engage directly with customers and event attendees to boost brand awareness and engagement
Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally
Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to achieve campaign goals
Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
Qualifications
Interest in marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management
Outgoing, approachable, and confident interacting with new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, motivated, and coachable
Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
High school diploma or equivalent required; marketing coursework or experience is a plus
Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is a bonus—but not required
