About the job Remote Travel Support Specialist
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about travel to join our growing team as Travel Experience Specialists in a remote work environment.
In this role, you will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination guidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout their entire planning process.
As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will work remotely while helping clients transform their travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the travel industry, collaborate with international travel suppliers, and build a flexible career while supporting travelers at every stage of their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clientsacross multiple platforms
- Review travel details andconfirm plans
- Provide accurate travelinformation
- Follow up with clients beforetheir trips
- Resolve concerns and escalatwhen needed
