Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Rate: $39 per hour

Project Summary
Our client is conducting a user study focused on generating indoor data and collecting video recordings of participants. In this role, you will be responsible for performing body measurements and working in close proximity with participants in minimal clothing while ensuring a professional and comforting bedside manner. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to collecting consistent, high-quality data.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Perform body measurements that require close proximity with participants, including the collection of data using high-precision technology.
• Establish appropriate and comforting bedside manners, building participant rapport to create a comfortable environment for participants of all ages.
• Possess fine motor skills and dexterity to collect precision data manually with a steady hand or with instrumentation.
• Be physically flexible to move around participants, bend down, or kneel as needed to ensure consistent and accurate measurements.
• Maintain high attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal instruction or oversight.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, approaching tasks with efficiency and innovation.
• Demonstrate accountability and transparency in data collection, with the foresight to request assistance when necessary to maintain project efficiency and reliability.
• Ability to use and debug hardware and software after one-time training or minimal follow-up sessions.
• Previous experience conducting anthropometric (non-invasive quantitative body) measurements, including:
• Height
• Weight
• Head circumference
• BMI
• Body circumference
• Skinfold thickness

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user studies that require proximity with participants, including collecting body measurements and using high-precision technology.
• Gather and analyze spreadsheet data using tools such as Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and Microsoft Excel.
• Utilize various software platforms across multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac).
• Organize and track large amounts of spreadsheet data, troubleshoot, and address hardware and software issues as needed.
