The Reality of the Role
- The Writing: A strong writing sample is a non-negotiable requirement. We are looking for independent analytical depth and "Law and Motion" expertise.
- The Schedule: This is a hybrid-friendly role based in Encino. Once trust is established and your initial training is complete, the firm offers the flexibility modern attorneys need.
- The Commitment: 1,800 annual billable hours.
- The Compensation: Scaled by experience ($115k–$125k for entry-level; $150k+ for mid-level; up to $200k for seniors) plus a tiered bonus structure.
