We're Hiring: Accounting/Sr. Accouting Analyst (Sales)

Are you a highly organized, data-driven professional who enjoys turning insights into action? We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to partner closely with executive leadership and the Growth team to drive strategic initiatives, improve sales performance visibility, and coordinate cross-functional execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales operations, business analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration . You'll play a key role in supporting national account strategy, managing critical initiatives, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance.

What You'll Do:

✅ Translate market research and industry data into actionable business insights
✅ Deliver and own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reporting
✅ Analyze revenue trends, pipeline health, retention metrics, and KPIs
✅ Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts
✅ Manage timelines and execution of key national account initiatives
✅ Coordinate across multiple departments to drive projects forward
✅ Maintain CRM and ERP data integrity to support business decisions
✅ Organize and manage customer contracts, pricing agreements, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, enablement, or project coordination
✔️ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with a focus on storytelling through data
✔️ Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Sage, NetSuite, or similar tools
✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills

Bonus Points For:

⭐ Experience supporting sales strategy, pricing, or national accounts in a B2B environment
⭐ Background in foodservice, food manufacturing, or distribution
⭐ Familiarity with Technomic, Datassential, or similar market research tools
⭐ Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional organizations

Salary: $80k-$100k+ depending on experience.
