A DAY IN THE LIFE...
Assures the highest level of food and beverage service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Supervises the serving activities at the Blue Mermaid Restaurant through their daily routines. Ensures quality control and customer satisfaction through training team members and adhering to company policies.
YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE...
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem-solving. This role as the Restaurant Supervisor requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.
Minimum two years of increasingly responsible supervisor/food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is desired. Requires ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction.
