Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced logistics company in Fresno. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and the ability to guide a team while meeting productivity, safety, and accuracy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory
• Train, coach, and assign work to warehouse associates
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions using the WMS
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and workflow
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding performance and issues
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and meeting operational deadlines

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Lead or Senior Warehouse Associate
• Strong working knowledge of a WMS (required)
• Experience in a logistics or distribution environment
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Inventory control or cycle count experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• $23.00 per hour
• Full-time
• Schedule may include weekends or overtime based on business needs
