With multiple locations throughout Southern California, the company is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Manager to lead all technology functions and drive IT infrastructure, security, and systems performance.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to executive management, ideal for someone who thrives in a mid-sized, multi-site environment and enjoys balancing strategy with technical execution.

Position Summary
The Senior IT Manager will oversee all aspects of IT operations, with a focus on network administration, server management, and cybersecurity. This individual will manage a small IT team, support day-to-day operations, and spearhead the development and enforcement of technology policies and procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
• Oversee server operations: backups, patch management, virtualization (VMware or similar)
• Lead and execute the company’s cybersecurity initiatives, including threat detection and response
• Ensure data integrity and business continuity through tested disaster recovery protocols
• Provide Tier 3 support and manage help desk escalations as needed
• Supervise IT staff and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
• Implement and document best practices for IT operations and security compliance
• Handle software deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and user account administration
• Support IT needs across all company locations—travel to branches as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
• 5–7+ years of hands-on IT experience, including network/systems administration and cybersecurity
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, firewalls, and VPN technology
• Experience managing multi-location environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory-based business operations is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
