Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Electromechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, testing, and inspection of electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electromechanical systems, strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures. Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic electromechanical assembly of components and subassemblies following work instructions and engineering documentation
- Conduct basic functional testing, inspection, and fault finding to verify product quality
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines during assembly and testing
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to senior technicians or engineering teams
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with manufacturing standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow established manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Internship or hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Experience in Medical Device, Robotics, Electronics, or Automotive manufacturing is a plus
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable
