Finance Operations Specialist

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the financial and operational functions of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient cheque management, conduct order processing, and oversee warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage cheque transactions, ensuring accurate recording and safekeeping of funds.

2. Collaborate with the sales team and provide order support service, review and monitor order processing activities, identifying and addressing any irregularities such as abnormal pricing and noncompliant cases.

3. Oversee the operation of warehouse, ensuring proper warehouse management process and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

4. Provide support for other finance and operations-related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Prior experience in finance, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

8. Fluency in English is necessary. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as some communication may be conducted in Chinese.
