Production Associate

Join an established and growing HVAC manufacturer as an energetic Sheet Metal Fabricator who brings a "Get it Done" attitude and true pride to every project. Operating in a dynamic assembly line environment, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of production—from setting up and operating specialized fabrication machinery to processing raw materials into high-quality finished products. Under direct supervision, you will use hand and power tools to execute work orders with precision, ensuring all parts meet our strict quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is committed to following safety protocols and communicating effectively with the team to drive success.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and operate specialized fabrication machinery to process raw materials into finished HVAC components.

• Production Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the full production cycle within a dynamic, fast-paced assembly line environment.

• Precision Fabrication: Utilize various hand and power tools to execute work orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect all parts and finished products to ensure they meet the company’s strict quality and precision standards.

• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and prevent hazards.

Safety & Collaboration

• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all established safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines to ensure a zero-incident environment.

• Team Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

• Efficiency & Drive: Maintain a proactive "Get it Done" attitude to drive the success of the manufacturing team.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
