Operations Specialist Part to Full Time

Description
-Preparation and submission of mail
-E Filing
-Operation of mailing equipment
-Arrange shipping with UPS, FedEx, couriers
-Updates in computer
-Back up to Receptionist
-Additional general office duties as needed

Requirements
-Must be available to work 8-5 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays with additional hours available
-Knowledge of Word processing
-Ability to read English
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Criminal Background and Credit checks required
