We are seeking qualified RV Sales Associates who are dedicated to delivering quality service and contributing to our ongoing success. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer relations expertise, and a solid understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their RV needs and preferences
- Present and explain the features and benefits of various Airstream RV models
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to address customer questions accurately
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to develop rapport and trust with customers
- Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of recreational vehicles and Airstream products
- Previous experience in RV sales or related automotive sales
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills
