Must Have: <\/b>

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
<\/div>

• Title management and planning experience
<\/div>

• Media supply chain experience
<\/div>

• Strong understanding of publishing workflows
<\/div>

• Experience writing and prioritizing user stories
<\/div>

• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools
<\/div>

• Strong technical writing skills
<\/div>

Responsibilities: <\/b>
<\/div>

• Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications
<\/div>

• Align cross -functional teams on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
<\/div>

• Document workflows using structured product frameworks such as journey maps, flows, and information architecture
<\/div>

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with transparent and justified decisions
<\/div>

• Lead business partner discussions and provide alternative solutions aligned with product strategy
<\/div>

• Support process alignment, standardization, and operational improvements
<\/div>

• Guide teams in crafting and validating product solutions, including defining minimum viable product slices
<\/div>

• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
<\/div>

• Define UAT scripts and coordinate major product releases
<\/div>

• Own system processes, user guides, and training materials
<\/div>

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and program management to streamline features and improve business processes
<\/div>

• Support product strategy and execution for initiatives across the publishing business
<\/div>

Qualifications: <\/b>

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology -related field
<\/div>

• Strong product understanding and platform familiarity
<\/div>

• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
<\/div>

• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities
<\/div>

• Skilled in research and deriving actionable insights
<\/div>

• Experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment across teams
<\/div>

• Understanding of development methodologies and tools
<\/div>

• Experience incorporating data analytics into product solutions
<\/div>

• Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, media and entertainment workflows, or digital publishing processes
<\/div>
