Our client is a high-growth, stealth-mode startup based in Los Angeles dedicated to reshaping the landscape of modern media. Backed by a bold vision and significant technical ambition, this organization is building a platform designed to handle complex, large-scale data challenges with high efficiency.

The team is composed of elite high-performers focused on solving technically rigorous problems in a fast-moving environment. Our client seeks Frontend Engineers who excel at building sophisticated, data-rich interfaces that are as performant as they are intuitive. This is an opportunity to define the visual and interactive DNA of a transformative product during its earliest phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Architecture: Design and implement scalable, modular frontend architectures capable of handling complex state management and real-time data flows.
• Data Visualization: Build high-performance, interactive dashboards and tools that translate massive datasets into actionable, elegant user experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure fluid, 60fps interactions even when rendering heavy data loads; optimize bundle sizes, memory usage, and rendering cycles.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring the "stealth" product feels premium, responsive, and technically superior to industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with backend "A-players" to define efficient API contracts and ensure end-to-end system integrity.

• Technical Excellence: Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) and a mastery of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Data-Rich Experience: Proven track record of building complex internal tools, fintech dashboards, or creative suites where UI performance is a bottleneck.
• The "Hard" Stuff: Experience with WebGL, Canvas, or low-level DOM manipulation for high-performance rendering is a significant plus.
• Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "IRL" environment where rapid prototyping and high-fidelity execution coexist.
• Location: Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles to collaborate with the core founding team.

Interview Process:



• Initial Technical Screen: A conversation focused on your philosophy of UI architecture and experience with complex frontend systems.
• Frontend Deep-Dive: An evaluation of your ability to solve "technically hard" UI challenges (state management, rendering bottlenecks, or component design).
• On-Site Interviews: A series of meetings in Los Angeles to assess cultural alignment and collaborative problem-solving with the founding team.
• Final Review & Offer: A discussion regarding the vision of the organization and compensation details.
