As they continue to expand, our client is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax strategy execution, oversee compliance for complex returns, mentor junior staff, and drive client satisfaction in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. 2. Prepare and review complex tax returns, including Individual, S Corp, and Gift tax returns.
3. Provide tax planning services and identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
4. Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide clear, concise, and comprehensive solutions.
5. Oversee and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
6. Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all tax operations.
7. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated financial services to clients.
8. Handle tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
9. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profitability. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing Individual, S Corp, and Gift tax returns.
4. Strong understanding of current tax laws and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Superior client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
