The Role
- We are seeking a confident, experienced, and entrepreneurial AI Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered products. This role is onsite in Los Angeles and offers the opportunity to shape high-impact systems from conception to scale. You’ll work at the frontier of AI innovation, translating research into real-world applications, and driving growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and want to build transformative products that matter, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Product & Growth Strategy : Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Lead the Full Product Lifecycle : From ideation through launch and iteration, collaborate with engineering, design, legal, finance, and marketing to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Research & Market Understanding : Conduct deep user and competitive research to inform product direction. Anticipate industry trends, regulatory needs, and customer demands.
- AI Model Roadmaps & Integration : Partner with engineering teams to translate cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities into impactful user-facing features.
- Responsible AI Development : Define evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and safeguards for safe, reliable, and ethical AI deployment.
- Scrappy Data Ownership : With no in-house data science team, take direct ownership of data exploration, evaluation, and analysis to drive product decisions.
- Metrics & Iteration : Define KPIs, analyze data rigorously, and drive product improvements based on insights.
- Go-to-Market Leadership : Own product launches, collaborating with growth and marketing teams to ensure adoption and scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Mentor team members, manage complex workstreams, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in uncertain, frontier spaces.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scale.
- Proven track record building 0–1 products, either as a founder, early-stage operator, or within a larger company.
- 2+ years working directly on AI/ML-driven products or platforms.Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier university; technical or quantitative fields preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, deep learning, supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, deployment).
- Hands-on with data: comfortable querying, analyzing, and interpreting datasets directly to guide decisions.
- Experience launching and scaling products, including navigating model explainability, fairness, and compliance challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear product strategies.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical intuition.Comfortable in high-growth, ambiguous environments requiring clarity, grit, and decisive execution.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in CaaS (Communication-as-a-Service), Telephony, or Sales Enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and MLOps (e.g., model monitoring, automated training pipelines, inference optimization).
- Comfort with Python or SQL for product discovery and technical collaboration.
- Exposure to design thinking, UX research, and human-in-the-loop AI solutions.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

$175,000 - $250,000 a year
