Community Outreach & Partnership Coordinator

The Community Outreach & Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Tikun Olam’s outreach to national and local disease support organizations and patient advocacy groups . This person will lead event coordination, relationship development, and brand representation, ensuring Tikun Olam is present and impactful at educational and awareness events rooted in community health support.

• Identify and engage disease support organizations (e.g., ALS Foundation, MS societies, Parkinson’s support groups) to build strategic partnerships.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for community partners, managing communications and ongoing relationship development.
• Collaborate with medical professionals (e.g., doctors aligned with Tikun Olam) to coordinate their involvement in educational presentations.

Event Coordination & Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute monthly in-person outreach events where Tikun Olam maintains a presence — including tabling, presentations, and patient education.
• Manage logistics with partner organizations to ensure successful event outcomes (venue, materials, staffing, scheduling).
• Represent Tikun Olam at events, share brand messaging, and facilitate connections between patients and medical cannabis resources.

Marketing & Education Support:

• Support development of outreach materials (print, digital, presentations) tailored to patient education and community engagement.
• Work closely with Tikun Olam’s marketing team to amplify event highlights through social content and email newsletters.
• Assist in the tracking, reporting, and impact measurement of outreach activities.
