Overview:

Due to growth, RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in San Leandro, CA .

Caseload/Patient Population:

The PT will work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic diagnoses, pre/post-operative patients , and individuals of varying fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention . The ideal candidate is a team player with skills in manual therapy and a Pilates-based approach (Pilates training is helpful but not required). Mentorship is available.

Work Schedule:

• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
• Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-time hours are available, and part-time candidates with at least 24 hours per week are considered.
• Flexible Hours: Schedules can be adjusted based on patient needs.
• Work-Life Balance: Full-time roles are available.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Licensure: Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• New Graduates: New Grad PTs are welcome to apply.
• Spanish Fluency: Helpful but not required.
• Experience: Prior experience is not required, but mentorship will be provided.
