CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant

Now hiring a qualified CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) with Home Health and Geriatrics experience in Los Angeles, CA!

CNA Pay:

• $28 per hour.
• $42 per hour overtime.
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

Timeline and Schedule:

• Now interviewing for ASAP start dates!
• 8-hour day shifts.
• 40 hours weekly with the potential to pick up OT.
• 8-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.

Position Summary:

• Provides personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting according to the plan of care.
• Monitors and records participants’ health status, including vital signs, weights, appetite, skin condition, and functional ability, reporting changes promptly to supervisors.
• Assists with restorative and supportive care, including ambulation, positioning, transfers, and use of medical devices (e.g., oxygen, catheters).
• Documents all care provided accurately and timely in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning, quality improvement activities, and required in-service/continuing education (minimum 12 hours per year).
• Performs simple nursing and household tasks to support home health services while following scope-of-practice guidelines and training limits.

CNA Qualifications:

• Home Care, Long Term Care, Memory Care experience.
• BLS/CPR or ability to obtain prior to working.
• Active CA CNA License.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Clear background check and MVR check.
