‍⚕️ Role Overview

As an OR RN , you will play a vital role in the perioperative team—supporting surgeons and anesthesiologists while ensuring patient safety throughout surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room during surgical procedures
• Maintain and apply aseptic and sterile techniques
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and safety checks
• Coordinate surgical workflow, equipment, and supplies
• Perform pre, intra, and post-operative patient care
• Safely handle biohazardous materials
• Document patient care and surgical processes in EPIC
• Support emergency and critical patient situations

✅ Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year recent OR experience (Required)
• Education:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active RN License (State of Practice)
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • PALS – Preferred
  • CNOR – Preferred
• Must Have:
  • Recent EPIC experience (MANDATORY)
