Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Payroll Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role supports payroll and attendance functions in a fast-paced automotive and parts manufacturing environment and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with ADP Workforce Now experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

The Payroll Clerk will help ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain attendance records, support employee inquiries, and contribute to a reliable and efficient HR and payroll operation. Key Responsibilities

- Process and support payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with timekeeping updates.
- Respond to employee payroll and attendance questions in English and Spanish.
- Review payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Support HR and payroll team members in a fast-paced office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule start time: 8:30 a.m.
- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 3 to 5 years of payroll, timekeeping, HR support, or related administrative experience.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with payroll data.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reports, and general office systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle employee questions professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
