Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication platforms.

• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
• Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
