Manager Data Center
The Manager Data Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing PIH Health Network/Data Center. This role will provide leadership and guidance in the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide Network-Data Center structure. Leads and executes the technical infrastructure of the data center operations. Partners with chief officers, IT leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns and functions properly.

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in data center management, virtualization technologies, and disaster recovery solutions.
Experience with healthcare-specific systems (EMR/EHR, telehealth, etc.) and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001).
Hands-on knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and experience with monitoring and performance management tools.
Experience with modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare settings.

Required Experience
Required:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
Work experience managing critical systems and technical infrastructure at scale
Experience with audit compliance both internal and external
Demonstrable experience leading projects and delivering against commitments and timelines
Experience with open-source hardware designs
Experience designing and implementing strategies
