ABOUT THE ROLE
As Vice President, Product Operations, you will lead and evolve the operational engine of FOX One, our multi-brand streaming platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic alignment, scaling executional processes, and ensuring consistent delivery across all product lines.
You’ll oversee cross-functional planning, governance, and communication systems that accelerate decision-making and keep our rapidly growing product organization focused and accountable.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Executive teams to align vision, resources, and execution strategy across a complex and fast-moving ecosystem. You will be instrumental in scaling how we plan, operate, and communicate across product lifecycle stages—from roadmap to release.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and institutionalize product operations best practices, workflows, and documentation standards across teams.
Lead operational alignment, reporting and communication with senior executives to ensure clarity of goals, progress, and dependencies for strategic theme and roadmap initiatives.
Manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams to streamline execution.
Build and mentor a high-performing product operations function to support our rapid scale and growth.
Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, driving efficiency and rigor across all touchpoints of product development.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven leadership experience in product operations, program management, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.
Experience building and scaling product operations functions in fast-paced environments (e.g., media, streaming, or consumer tech).
