Job Summary
Backus Property Management is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and investment clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication
- Provide performance updates, financial reports, and market insights to clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to ensure service excellence
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client portfolios
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement retention strategies
- Ensure all services align with company standards and contractual agreements

- Financial literacy and ability to interpret property performance reports

- Proficiency with CRM systems and property management software

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- 1–2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or property management
- Experience in real estate or property management industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. real estate practices and regulations (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15–20% of base salary
