Spring Fertility is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team. This role is critical in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and a strong team player with a professional attitude.

Role Summary

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is essential to establishing a seamless experience on our finance team. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with exceptional organization skills and a professional attitude to join our team.

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Open, sort, organize, scan and distribute all mails


• Print manual checks, obtain signature and mail


• Assist AP team

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

Employment Type

This is a full time non-exempt position

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $26-32/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
