Executive Assistant
- Assignment Type: Approximately 3-month contract, potential to extend.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite approximately 8:00am-5:00pm, Fridays remote
- Pay Rate: $33-35/hour
- Provide administrative support to multiple leaders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate travel and expense activities
- Support domestic and international scheduling needs, including time-zone coordination
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, editing summaries and general administrative projects
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with strong attention to accuracy
- Assist with team events, virtual meetings, and planning logistics
- Handle sensitive information professionally and with discretion
- Prior executive assistance or administrative support experience
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience as there is complex calendaring and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets
- Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
- Professional judgment and ability to work with confidential or sensitive information
- 2 yrs Experience supporting executives or senior leaders
- Smartsheet experience is strongly preferred and would be a valuable differentiator
- Experience with travel and expense coordination
- Meeting, event, or team coordination experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
