What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose & repair all makes/models.
• Perform thorough inspections.
• Document clearly & communicate well.
• Recommend honest repairs (no sales pressure).
• Keep a clean, organized bay.
• Help mentor newer techs when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional shop experience.
• Strong diagnostics & drivability skills.
• ASEs (or willing to earn them — we pay).
• Team player with professionalism and integrity.
• Someone who cares about doing right by the customer.

• $33/hr starting + production bonus.
• Mon–Fri, 7:30–4:30 — weekends & holidays off.
• Vacation + PTO.
• 50% employer-paid medical/dental/vision (after 180 days).
• Paid ASEs + ATI training.
