Administration and Events Supervisor

Purpose
We are looking for a positive, professional, and dependable Administration & Events Supervisor to join our team. This dynamic role is key in creating a culture of outstanding employee events, front office support, and leadership team support.
The ideal person must be passionate about creating fun employee events and maintaining an organized office space with initiative, drive, and ownership. This position will supervise and oversee one Administrative Assistant on a daily basis and must be able to work together in a two person team and be a back-up to the administrative assistant position throughout the day for mail delivery, lunch and out of office days.
What you'll do:
As the Administration & Events Supervisor you will oversee the front desk responsibilities, ensuring the front desks are efficient on a day-to-day basis, oversee the supply orders focusing on cost, timeliness and quantities needed (avoiding over/under ordering), wine closet inventory, administrative tasks, and provide support to departments as needed. Plan, organize and set-up/break-down all employee events, including company baseball outing, employee summer picnic, team building event, holiday party, company holiday card and annual distributor appreciation event, etc.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
General Administrative Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, work with vendors, set-up/clean up for employee events & holiday festivities to include decorations, cards and parties
- Maintain and update the Company Phone list, order company business cards
- Order and keep inventory of company swag
- As the first impression for our brand, greet individuals in a professional, friendly, and a customer service focused manner
- Provide general support to the CC team and visitors
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Run Errands
- Maintain and organize all wine closet inventory
- Coordination and execution of company overview training, distributor appreciation event and additional events
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
· High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree Preferred
· 3 years minimum of Administrative-Office experience in a fast-paced setting
· Must have driver's license
· Multi-project management capabilities
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull lightweights, up to 40 pounds
· Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
