As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise and product knowledge to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! In this role you will:

• Assess guest needs and provide information on product features and Wax Pass benefits.
• Achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

What we're looking for:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
• Talent for providing exceptional customer service.
