Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

Job Summary

Bring your passion for hospitality and operational excellence to one of the most dynamic roles in our company. As General Manager for this Wolfgang Puck Catering account, you will oversee a thriving high-volume café and robust catering operation, delivering the signature Wolfgang Puck experience every single day without nights or weekends.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and a strong, engaged team. You’ll collaborate with our award-winning culinary team to craft memorable menus, lead client relationships with finesse, and ensure every detail reflects the elevated standard our brand is known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in both café service and catering events.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, hiring, and HR functions.
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus and execute culinary programs.
• Maintain and grow strong client partnerships while exceeding guest expectations.
• Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of service, creativity, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of foodservice leadership, with experience in both café operations and catering at a medium–high volume.
• Proven success in budget management and P&L oversight.
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• A true passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a best-in-class foodservice company.
