Performance Management Unit Analyst
Job Description and Duties
This is a 12 month limited term position that may be extended up to 24 months, and/or may become permanent.
Under the direction and guidance of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I responsibilities will include providing independent consultation to all levels of management on employee performance management and progressive discipline; reviewing, editing, and drafting various memorandums and notices related to performance; and serving as a liaison to the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) and the State Personnel Board (SPB).You will find additional information about the job in the .
Special Requirements
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required and must be submitted with your Employment Application (STD. 678).
