Space Planning Coordinator (Los Angeles)

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Coordinating space planning and office moves.
• Dropping off boxes and assisting employees during moves
• Taking pictures of offices/spaces.
• Updating and adjusting floor plans (Arcadis/Archibus).

Responsibilities:

• 2-3 years of experience & Bachelor's degree in related field
• Should be highly organized person and able to handle heavy workload.
• Extremely motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and ability to multitask.
• Successful applicant must be detail-oriented self-started and have strong communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicates with ease – You have a way with words; written and verbal
• Juggler – You know how to manage multiple tasks and priorities and move them all along effectively while keeping stakeholders updating and informed
• Self-starter – You are motivated, can work with minimal guidance, and can identify helpful resources to get the job done
• Impeccable attention to detail – You bring customer requests to life by organizing the team’s daily work plans and scheduling commitments. The studio operations team will excel with your keen attention to work due dates and schedule commitments
• Executer – You get things done! Using strong business acumen, inciteful analytical skills, and superior organizational skills you manage through competing priorities within a matrixed environment
• Tech-savvy – You are an MS Office whiz and can take on new software with ease
• GREAT ATTITUDE – You show up every day with a smile and positive energy, leading with kindness and respect every day.

Experience:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Technical aptitude (comfortable learning tools like Airtable and working with floor plans).
• Positive attitude and people skills — ability to work well with others and interact with clients daily

Skillsets:

• Director of Workplace Services, Home Entertainment, Manager of Office Services

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
