We are looking for an experienced “Oracle Payroll Interface SME” to help our clients. This is an REMOTE position and currently offering on 1099 or C2C only.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Candidate must have 12-15+ years of experience in IT of which at least 9-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration (75% Technical -25% functional)
• Experience
• Candidate must be a strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration (75% Technical -25% functional) and mist be capable of designing data models and layouts per ADP
• Candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll Interface V2 (OGPI) , specifically for integrating and synchronizing HR and payroll data with ADP Payroll systems .
• Candidate must have strong expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Extracts , including:

1. Designing and modifying extract definitions
2. Managing extract rules, filters, and delivery options
3. Implementing Fast Formulas within extracts for dynamic data logic and conditions

• Candidate must be proficient in Oracle BI Publisher / XML Publisher for output formatting:
  • Creating and customizing .rtf templates
  • Proficient in collecting requirements
• Candidate must have successfully delivered accurate and secure payroll data extracts aligned with ADP’s interface requirements and supported automated file delivery over SFTP.
• Candidate must have strong experience working with Celergo/ADP integration is required- 5-7years of experience
• Candidate must have configuring fields in Oracle HCM, particularly for payroll and interface readiness
• Candidate must have ability to gather requirements, define interface specs, and map fields to meet Celergo requirements
• Candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and coordination with business and technical teams
