SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Accounting Administrator II, the incumbent performs the more professional and technical accounting work to support invoice processing and disbursement activities within Accounts Payable. The position is responsible for reviewing transactions, auditing invoices, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting policies and procedures, and promoting accurate and efficient payment processing for the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.


Working Conditions

Effective July 1, 2025, Bargaining Unit 01 employees are subject to a salary reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month.


Free parking, close to shops and restaurants, close to freeway.


Hybrid office- centered work schedule reporting to the office three days per week.

This position is located in Headquarters Financial Management Branch - Natomas area and includes FREE PARKING.
