Job Summary

A growing financial planning and wealth management firm in Fresno, CA is seeking a full-time Financial Advisor Support Specialist to join its team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented financial services professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys client service, relationship management, and supporting financial advisors.

Working closely with the Financial Advisor, this role assists with client communications, meeting preparation, account administration, and financial planning support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Financial Advisor(s) with client service and relationship management.
Prepare client meeting materials and assist with follow-up activities.
Maintain client accounts, documentation, and records.
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate service requests.
Assist with financial planning and investment review preparation.
Coordinate account paperwork, transfers, and administrative processes.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with firm procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
