High Level EA Needed with Law Firm Experience
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm to find an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development in a professional legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing legal documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings and case preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting.
- Heavy exposure supporting a C-Suite or equivalent member in a 1:1 executive support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, first shift.
