Job Summary
Lead the mountain’s momentum! As General Manager, you will take charge of venue-wide operations, bringing Levy’s standards of service, culinary excellence, and hospitality to life. You’ll oversee teams, financials, and strategy—ensuring smooth execution and unforgettable guest experiences in one of California’s most iconic destinations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
7+ years of leadership experience in high-volume hospitality environments
Strong background in operations, financials, and team development
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling software
ServSafe and alcohol service certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all day-to-day foodservice and hospitality operations across the venue
Manage department leaders, driving performance and accountability
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with Levy and client goals
Monitor financial performance and implement cost controls
Build strong relationships with venue partners and clients
Uphold Levy’s standards of safety, service, and hospitality
