Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Lead training and development programs to support professional growth
- Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold firm values
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
